You must be 18 years or older to use Plate Pals. We reserve the right to request age verification. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Plate Pals does not assume any responsibility and/or liability whatsoever either expressly and/or implicitly arising from any meetup of subscribers arranged by Plate Pals.
A "meetup" shall and mean the arrangement by Plate Pals to facilitate a meeting place for Plate Pals subscribers at a designated location at a designated time.
Plate Pals is not a dating platform but a platform to arrange a meetup for subscribers of Plate Pals with similar interests for meeting new friends and trying out new restaurants/cafes.
The staff of Plate Pals shall not be present at any meetup.
Registrations for meetups open on Thursday 3 weeks before the event and close on Tuesday before the event at 1900 local time. Registrations for meetups are only accepted through Plate Pals; registrations made through other platforms will not be accepted.
Subscribers are not allowed to bring other people to a meetup.
Meetups are held every Thursday and the duration is dependent on the mutual agreement of the Plate Pals participants at such meetups. The exact address of the meetup is communicated on the day of the meetup at 0900.
Each subscription is valid for the duration specified during the checkout process and is automatically renewable. Instead of a subscription, you can also buy one-time tickets. You can cancel your subscription at any time, up to the day before the last day of the subscription. Once the subscription fee has been charged, no refunds will be issued. You will still be allowed to participate in meetups for the full subscribed period even if you cancel it before completion.
Each user is allowed only one account. Accounts that remain inactive for 2 years will be deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, community guidelines, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Plate Pals reserves the rights to amend the costs of individual tickets and subscriptions.
Plate Pals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
